Application Activity Log

The Application Activity Log tracks activities performed by the various Lucity applications including application starts, files uploaded/downloaded/deleted, reports run and changes to system settings.

The following Systems Settings in Admin Portal > System > System Settings > General affect which records appear in the Application Activity Log:

How Many Days of Records Should be Kept in Activity Log - Controls how long the log will keep a record before it is deleted.
The maximum number of Tasks to load into the Background Tasks User Interface in the Web - Controls the number of records that loads in this table. Keeping this number low improves system performance.

Tools

Show Detail	Displays the full content of the message written to the log for the selected item.
Refresh Grid	Refreshes the displayed application activity logs.
Show/Hide Activity Detail	Shows/hides the Activity Detail column and its detailed contents about each activity log.
