Tracking

The Work Request module automatically tracks major events in the life of a Request and can be directed to track others. These events include:

• Request creation/completion
• Work Order creation
• Work Order/Request association/disassociation
• Email Notifications
• Category changes *
• Problem changes *
• Priority changes *
• Status changes *
• Supervisor changes *
• Department changes *
• Division changes *
• Follow-up Date changes *

* Tracking for these items can be enabled/disabled in the Work Options.

Tracking Grid

The Tracking grid lists tracked events by the date they occurred. The system automatically generates Tracking records; users cannot modify them.
