Locking Related Work Records

The Lucity Timesheet Overview displays all the hours entered for the employee including time entered on Work Order > Task > Employee records. When the employee's timesheet is locked any related Work Order > Task > Employee records that fall in the pay period can be locked too. When locked the Work Order > Task > Employee records will not be editable.

How To Enable Employee Resources Locking

  1. Open the Work Options > Work > Setup section.
  2. Enable the Enable Timesheet Locking option. Employee Resource records that fall within the pay period on a user's locked Timesheet will now get locked as well.
