Portal for ArcGIS Web Maps
ArcGIS Webmaps
Access to Web Maps is controlled within your ArcGIS Portal. There you control which ArcGIS user has access to which webmap. When the user opens the Lucity Web Map they are required to login with their ArcGIS credentials (unless they have ArcGIS SSO setup with Lucity). The Swap Basemap and Swap Web Map tools will display the available maps in the web map gallery. By default the gallery will display all maps the user has permission to view.
Control with the Lucity GIS View
When configuring the view you select a Web Map or a legacy Lucity Map. If you do not want to allow users to view any other web maps that they have access to then you can just edit the GIS View properties and disable the Swap Basemap , Load/Swap Web Map , Load/Swap Lucity Map tools. Users will then be able to load the map but the Table of Contents will not contain the tools to switch maps.
