General Ledger, Project Accounting, Journal Entries

The integration with the Eden > General Ledger and Project Accounting modules allows agencies to import non-payroll and non-warehouse work order charges and tie them to General Ledger and Project Account records. These integrations are based on Account # and Project Account #. The data for both of these integrations are imported from Lucity into Journal Entries.

Components

• GL Account - This matches work orders to records in the General Ledger modules. When the work orders are imported into Eden they will be attached to the associated General Ledger account.
• Project Account # - This matches work orders to records in the Project Account modules. When the work orders are imported into Eden they will be attached to the associated Project account.
• Work Order Interface - This controls which Lucity work order resources are imported into Eden and completes the import using Journal Entries. During this import the resources are attached to their various Accounts and Project Accounts.

  Note: Account numbers and/or project numbers may also be added to the resources as defaults. Open Work > Administration > Work Flow Setup from the menu and then select the corresponding resource (Employees, Materials, etc.)
