To streamline the process of creating Work Orders or PMs, agencies can associate any Fluids that are typically used to complete a certain type of work with related Task Setup records. Then, when you add that Task to a Work Order's or PM/Template as a Sub Task, the Fluids are added to the Work Order or PM, as well.

A Task Setup record's Fluid grid lists records from the Fluid Setup module that are associated with the Task by default.

In the Work > Administration > Work Flow Setup > Task Setup module, click the button to expand the Task record to which you want to add a fluid.
Select the Fluid grid and click Add . The Fluid form opens.
Use the Resource pick-list to select a fluid. (Required.) The options in this pick-list come from the Work > Administration > Work Flow Setup > Fluid Setup module.
Click Select.
Provide an Alt Description, if desired.
Enter the Account # and Proj No - Acct that should be applied when using this fluid for this task.
Enter a Group Number if the fluid should be associated with other resources on the task.
Enter the Unit of Measure that should be applied to this fluid.
Enter the Units field to indicate how much of the fluid will be used, to complete the task. Alternatively, use the Units Est field if you are estimating the amount of the fluid that will be used.
Click Save to save the record. The new item now appears in the Task Setup record's Fluid grid.

In the Work > Administration > Work Flow Setup > Task Setup module, click the to expand the Task record to which you want to add fluids.
In the Fluids grid, click the Toolkit and select Add Multiple Fluids. The following pop-up opens:
Open the Fluids pick-list. A list of items from the Work > Administration > Work Flow Setup > Fluid Setup module similar to the following opens:
Use CTRL + click to select the desired Fluid records.
Click Select.
Enter the Units field to indicate how much of the fluids will be used to complete the task.
Click OK to save the record. The selected Fluids now appear in the Task Setup record's Fluid grid.

Resource	identifies the fluid by its unique code and type. Records in this pick-list come from the Work > Administration > Work Flow Setup > Fluid Setup module.
Alt Description**	Enables users to use another form of identification for the fluid.
Account #	Specifies the account number associated with the fluid's use on this task.
Proj No - Acct	Specifies the project number associated with the fluid's use on this task.
Group No	Shows which resources are related to each other within the task. Often used to group an employee with a specific piece of equipment or with materials that he or she is authorized to use but may be used to group other resources.
Unit of Measure	Specifies the unit of measure that applies to the fluid's use on this task.
Units	Sets the expected number of units of the fluid that will be used to complete the work. The Unit of Measure field indicates what type of unit this field represents. This is used in the Work Order > Task > Fluid > Units field. If using in conjunction with Parts Inventory, note that when the units are added to the work order, they are automatically dispersed from the inventory.
Units Est	Sets the overall total number of units of fluid that may be used on the task.
