Lucity Web automatically limits the number of pages in each Crystal report to minimize the amount of strain put on the server at one time. This limit can be modified in Lucity Web > Admin Portal > Settings > System Settings > Web Performance section, under the Max # of Pages on PDF Crystal Reports option.
Note: This is not applicable to reports run by CRE.
