In the Lucity Security program go to Security > Permission Setup
On the left select the group(s) or user(s) that should have access to the Lucity Mobile app
On the right in the Modules View expand theGIS node and check the GIS Web Map box.
In the Permissions list select the Run permission
Click the Grant Button
Note: The Permissions Screen may look different depending on settings under the View menu.
ArcGIS Permissions
Users that are accessing secured ArcGIS Web Maps and Base Maps must be given permission to view those maps within the Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Online.
Controlling a user's Default GIS View
When the Lucity Web Map is launched from the application toolbar or the show in map button it displays a GIS View which controls the initial map and the tools available. There is a system wide default view but each group can also have their own default view. This is controled by assigning a user to a Default Rules Group. This setup is also used when opening Module Views.
In the Lucity Security program go to Security > User/Group Setup. The following screen will appear.
Select a user from the list and click Edit User(s).
Select a group out of the Default Rules Group and click OK

In the Lucity Security program go to Security > User/Group Setup. The following screen will appear.
Select the record or records in the grid to assign one default group to. Click in the Default Rules Group field and select the group to apply to those users.
