Child Record indicator - Records that have child records below them in the grid hierarchy should have an orange Expand+ button. This was left out during the redesign and has been added again.
Field Properties tool - Redesigned Field Properties interface to match other areas of the application.
Adds the ability to search for fields via a grid on the left-hand side.
Displays the field name and caption to make it easier to find fields that have been renamed.
Address Validation - Adds the ability to validate input addresses against the Customer Addresses or Street Segment modules.
Supports using either modules or both.
Enabled through new settings in System Settings. Once enabled, input addresses will be validated once the Address Number and Street Name fields lose focus. Any Address Number/Street Name combination that cannot be validated will result in an error and the record will not be saved until the address is corrected.
Any data inconsistencies in either CMADDR or STNET as these issues will impact how addresses will be validated.

Generate email on Work Request that is created with a CLOSED status - New setting that when enabled, allows customer thank you emails to be sent out even if the Work Request status is set to closed when the Work Request is created.
SAML
Should SAML AuthN request parameter use DEFLATE encoding? - New setting that adds support for DEFLATE encoding for the AuthN in the SAML request. This setting will default to true. If this is FALSE, the system will use straight Base 64 encoding.
Should SAMLRequest parameter be URL encoded? - Adds option to not URL encode the SAMLRequest query parameter using this System Setting.

Quick Filters - New tool in the GIS Setup modules to quickly filter results based on a service or layer.

Allows for daily, weekly, and monthly views of all vehicles that have been reserved and the time frames they are reserved for.
Intended to be used by motor pool managers to see upcoming reservations, view the currently checked out vehicles, and see when vehicles are going to be returned.
Fleet Rec # - The lookup for this field now only shows rentable vehicles that have not been reserved during the Estimated date/time block.

20.2 offers increased integration with the Central Square Finance Enterprise (FE) application.
Work Orders - Adds CS Billing Customer ID field. This is a live lookup to Person/Entity (FE PEUPPE). This allows clients to bill Lucity work order costs to external customers through Finance Enterprise's Accounts Receivable system. This field is read-only if "Enable Integration with CS Accounts Receivable" system setting is False.
Import and Update
Can now set Carry to WO and Publically available properties on Comment records when they are imported.
Removes Email Button from Toolbar in Lucity Import and Update.
REST API
Adds department to the REST API workflow lookups for problem and task.
Services
Request Generator
Changes behavior of Request Generator to not delete emails retrieved by POP3 if a request cannot be generated due to business rules. This may not cause the request to be re-processed on the next run. This will vary from email server to email server. For example Google mail will re-process only if the Gmail account name is prepended with "recent:", otherwise Google will not return emails that have already been "popped" to the Request Generator.
