The Lucity Process Log is a tool that helps troubleshoot problems users may encounter while using the Lucity Tools. It is rare for a user to see the log because it appears automatically only when an error occurs; however, it can be turned on at any time. This log file is very helpful to Lucity Support representatives.
Note: Having the log on slows Lucity processing time.
Note: If ArcGIS Pro crashes, the contents of the log are automatically written to the %APPDATA%/Lucity/logs. directory
Options
Log Everything - Increases the details that the program logs. This further slows Lucity processing time.
