Link Supersegments

The link supersegments tool enables users to manage linking between supersegments. Linking supersegments is a way to force the Pavement model to select a group of supersegments for work at the same time.

Start an edit session in ArcMap
Select one or more supersegments in the map.
Click the Link/Unlink Supersegment Feature(s) tool on the Lucity GIS Edit toolbar.
The Link/Unlink form appears
Choose the function that you would like to perform
- Remove selected supersegments fro existing links - Removes the selected supersegments from all links with other supersegments.
- Link selected supersegments - Links the selected supersegments together. This also links together any supersegments that are linked to the selected supersegments.
- Remove selected supersegments from existing links and link selected supersegments - Removes the selected supersegments from all links with other supersegments then links the selected supersegments together. The resulting group of supersegments will only include those currently selected.
Click OK.
The selected function will be performed on the selected supersegments.
Note: Since all of the edits are made within Lucity the ArcGIS Edit session does not need to be saved after running this tool.

OK	Runs the tool with the selected option.
