The Lucity Process Log is a tool that helps troubleshoot problems users may encounter while using the Lucity GIS tools. It is rare for a user to see the log because it appears automatically only when an error occurs; however, it can be turned on at any time. This log file is very helpful to Lucity Support representatives.
