In the Employee module you will create a record for each employee who will be using or creating work orders. Each time you create an employee record, that employee is added to the employee/supervisor code-description pick list. Several fields use this code-description pick list, including the Supervisor, Lead Worker, Assigned To, and Assigned By fields. It is also used in the Resources grid in Work.
Important: If you delete an employee from a Work Flow Setup module it will not affect existing data (i.e. that employee will still appear in existing work orders, requests, etc.); however, it will remove the deleted employee from the filter pick lists and will cause problems if users try to edit existing requests, work orders, or PMs that are currently using the employee. Users will still be able to filter on removed items using the "like" filter.
