Redlining Aliases

The Redlining Aliases tab contains a list of names used for red lining services in various ArcGIS Web maps and feature services. The Lucity Web Map will reconize any layer that has an entry in this tab as a Red Lining layer and will enable users to edit it using the red lining tools.

The Admin > App Admin permissions are required to change Utility Services settings.

Review the Map Service or ArcGIS Web Map table of contents to identify the name used for each red-lining layer.

This is the Alias name.

Launch the Lucity Administration Tool and select GIS > GIS Services.
Click on the Redlining Aliases tab.
Click Add. A new line will appear.
Enter the Alias gathered for a redlining layer in step 1.
Click Save....
Any time a layer with that name appears inside the Lucity Web Map with that name it will be editable using the related red-lining tool.
