Week View
In Week view, the Work Scheduler shows all Work Orders that fall within the current filter during the selected week. The calendar is in Week view when is selected.
Note: Week view displays Monday through Friday.

Week Navigation |
Indicates which week is displayed and enables users to navigate to previous or future weeks. This control appears at the top-right of the screen. |
- Open
- Select a Work Order in the calendar view.
- Select at the top to open the Work Order in another view.
- Open .
- Select the filterset of Work Orders you want to display.

Select either Assigned Crews or Lead Workers. A drop-down will appear with a list of all the Crews or Lead Workers for the Work Orders visible in the current calendar view.
- Uncheck any Crews or Lead Workers that you do not want to display. The calendar displays only those Work Orders assigned to the selected Crews or Lead Workers.
Calendar
The calendar section shows Work Orders and their expected duration from Start Date to Projected Completion Date. These Work Orders are labeled and color coded based on the field selected in the Work Order Fields section (Work Order #, Main Task, Reason, Priority, Assigned Crew or Lead Worker).
In the example below, the week's active work orders are displayed by Main Task. By changing the calendar view parameter, the user can view the same Work Orders by Work Order #, Reason, Priority, Assigned Crew or Lead Worker.
The table below explains how a user should read the Start Date and Projected End Date for the projects in the example above.

- In the Work Order Data section of the screen, select a field name (parameter) in the left column: Work Order #, Main Task, Reason, Priority, Assigned Crew, or Lead Worker.
- The records' labels and colors change to reflect the selected parameter.

The Work Order fields provide details about the Work Order currently selected in the calendar.
Task Grid
The Task grid lists all Task records attached to the Work Order.

- Select a Work Order in the calendar view. The fields below the calendar display data for the selected record.
- Change the desired values in the available Work Order fields.

Select the Save button.
Note: To edit fields that do not appear in the Work Scheduler, users must open the record in a Work Order view.
