Unscheduled Work

The Unscheduled Work tool shows users which Work Orders in the current filter have yet to be scheduled. This tool is available In the Work Scheduler's Week view.

Unassigned Work Grid

Lists all Work Orders that do not have a Start Date or Projected Completion Date.

  • Indicates the column by which the data is sorted. Click on a column header to sort.

Start Date

Indicates the date on which work related to the selected Work Order(s) should start.

Projected Completion Date

Indicates the date on which work related to the selected Work Order(s) should be completed.

Assign

Updates the selected work order(s) with the entered Start Date and Projected Completion Date.

Finished

Closes the Unscheduled Work tool.
  • In the Work Scheduler, select clock unscheduled work icon . A list of all Work Orders in the current filter that do not have a Start Date or Projected Completion Date appears.
  • Select one or more Work Orders that you would like to schedule.
  • Enter a Start Date and Projected Completion Date.
  • Select Assign. The Start Date and Projected Completion Date are populated on the work order(s), and these records disappear from the Unscheduled Work tool. Instead, they now appear in the calendar view.
