This setting controls whether deleting a document from EAM automatically removes the underlying file from the file share. This will happen regardless of whether the user has permission via Active Directory file permissions. Users without the Documents - Delete File permission will still be asked if they want to delete the file but the file will not be deleted. |

Limits the size of documents pushed to the client using the EAMdocument server. If a document is larger than the specified maximum, the system instead provides the path to the file, which the user can copy/paste into Windows Explorer. Limiting file size reduces the load on the server. |
