Request Thank You Page

The Request Thank You page appears after a work request is submitted into the citizen portal. It provides an overview of the request, the opportunity to email a copy of the request, and to add another request.

Send e-mail copy	Enables the user to have a copy of the of the request confirmation to be emailed to them.
Add Another	Creates another request. This only appears if it has been enabled on the form.
