At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field allows you to associate your inspection record with an existing asset inventory record. To select an asset from the pick list, click on the field caption button or press F9. |
Alternate ID Name |
Once you have selected an asset number in the field above, these fields will be automatically populated by the system with the corresponding data. |
Note: The (Parking Lot) Number field is required in order to save the record.
