At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field allows you to associate your asset record with an existing park inventory record. To select an asset from the pick list, click on the field caption button or press F9 |
Park Alt ID |
Once you have selected an asset number in the field above, these fields will be automatically populated by the system with the corresponding data. |
Park Name |
Once you have selected an asset number, this field will be automatically populated if a name was created in the asset inventory record. |
Asset Rec # |
This field contains a number that is automatically generated by the system. |
Alternate ID |
This is a required field where you can create a user-defined, alphanumeric identifier for your asset. Press F5 to automatically populate this field. |
Name |
Here, you can create a user-defined name for your asset. |
Type |
This field allows you to indicate the type of asset in the record. |
