Inventory Tabs

This module contains multiple inventory tabs corresponding with the other modules in the Park module and Tree module.  Each tab contains a grid listing the individual assets or Trees associated with the park record. All of the Park asset tabs also contain fields identifying the asset category's supervisor.  You can sort the records in the grids by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (circled in red below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.  Click the heading again to change directions.

There are three ways to access the various asset records:

1. Double click on any record.  This will open the record directly.
2. Right-click on any record to open a drop down menu.  The menu allows you to view, add, edit, or delete the record.
3. Access the records from the main menu bar by selecting Trees/Parks > Park.  Then select the inventory module within:
   • Parking Lot
   • Path
   • Structures
   • Fields
   • Courts
   • Landscape
   • Meters
   • Lighting
   • Playground Equipment
   • Furniture/Amenities
   • Pools
   • Refuse
   • Irrigation Controller
   • Irrigation Valve
4. Additionally, one of the Inventory tabs links to the Trees module.
   • Access the Trees module by selecting Trees/Parks > Tree > Inventory.
5. One of the asset inventory modules will open depending on your selection.
