Benefit Districts Header Data

At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Field Name

Definition

Benefit District #

This field allows you to identify the benefit district with an alphanumeric ID.

# of Services

Here, you can indicate the number of service taps within the Benefit District.

Creation Date

Use this field to indicate the date the benefit district went into effect.

Project Number

This field allows you to select a construction project number for your Benefit District. To access the pick list, click on the field caption button or press F9. This list comes from the Construction Records (Construction Records, http://support.lucitycom/downloads/helpmovies/675/Sewer/constructionrecods.wrf) module.

 

Note:  In order to save your changes to the record, the Benefit District # field must be filled in.
