At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Storage (Tank) ID |
This field allows you to choose a storage facility from the pick list (the facility must exist in the Storage Facility Inventory module). To access the pick list, click on the field caption button or press F9. |
Facility Number Facility Name |
Upon selecting a facility in the Storage ID field above, these fields will be automatically populated by the system with the number and name of the storage facility. |
Note: The Storage ID is required in order to save the record.
