The Condition tab stores general inspection information such as who performed the inspection, the overall condition of the valve, and the next recommended inspection date. Also, this tab contains several code/description fields to assess the physical condition of the valve's attributes. In addition, this tab allows you to indicate if the valve was exercised or worked, and if so, the number of turns the valve was exercised.
