Validate and Transfer Order

The Validate & Transfer program needs to be initiated in a certain order for data in the following modules to validate properly.

Note: If this is initiated from a TV import the system will automatically take you through all the validation tables in the correct order.

Modules	Tables	Description
Television Inspection	SWNETMH (optional)	All structure inventory data Note: It is not necessary to use this step unless you are adding new structures or updating existing ones. To skip a table in the validation process, click the "Next TV DB" button.
	SWNET (optional)	The pipe inventory data contained under the Pipes tab Note: It is not necessary to use this step unless you are adding new pipes or updating existing ones. To skip a table in the validation process, click the "Next TV DB" button.
	SWTVLINE	All the television inspection data
	SWTVOBSR	All the television inspection "observation" data
	SWTVWORK	All the television inspection "additional work needed" data.
Service Lateral Inspections	SWSERV	All the service lateral inventory data
	SWSERVINS	Service lateral inspection data
	SWSERVOBS	Observations recorded during the service lateral inspection
