At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Pump Rec No |
This field is only enabled when adding a record. It allows you to select the pump being inspected from the Pump Inventory module. Press F9 or click on the field caption button for a list of available pumps. |
Pump Number Slot Number Station Number |
Upon selecting a Pump Record Number, the system will automatically fill these fields with corresponding data from the associated Pump Inventory record. |
Last Inspection |
This field allows you to document when the inspection occurred. |
Inspected By |
This field allows you to document who performed the inspection. |
Pump Condition |
This field allows you to specify the current condition of the pump. |
Note: The Pump Record Number and Inspection Date fields are required in order to save the record.
