Sump Pit Type

The Sump Pit Type field allows you to specify the type of sump pit being observed.

Sump Pit Sealed

The Sump Pit Sealed field allows you to specify if the sump pit is sealed or unsealed.

Sump Pit Condition

The Sump Pit Condition field allows you to specify the condition of the sump pit (e.g. dry, wet, or active water).

Drains Laundry

Drains Basement

Indicates if the sump pit drains the laundry area or basement floor.              

Foundation Conn

Indicates if the foundation drains are connected.

Sump Pit Drain

Pump Exists

Diverter Valve

Use these fields to indicate if a drain, diverter valve, and/or pump exists in the sump pit.

Discharge Point

Use this code-description pick list to identify the pump's discharge point. This could be a sanitary sewer, outside, sump drain, etc.

Sump Status

The Sump Status field is automatically populated based on the values entered in the following fields: Sump Pit Type, Sump Pit Sealed, Discharge Point, Sump Pit Drain, Diverter Valve, Sump Pit Sealed.                 

Flow Rate (gpm)

The Flow Rate (gpm) is a calculated field based on the data in the following fields: Sump Pit Type, Sump Pit Sealed, Discharge Point, Sump Pit Drain, and the Diverter Valve.

% I/I Removed

The percent of infiltration and inflow that was removed due to the rehabilitation.

Remaining GPM

The Remaining GPM is a calculated field based on the percent of I/I removed and the total GPM.
