At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

Ramp Rec ID |
This field allows you to link your inspection record to an existing inventory record. To access the pick list, click on the field caption button or press the F9 key. |
Ramp Number |
Once you have chosen a record number above, the system automatically fills the corresponding alternate ID. |
Inspection Type |
This user-defined, code-description pick list allows you to indicate the type of inspection performed on the ramp in this record. |
Note: The Ramp Record Number field is a required field.
