Several fields in the General tab are automatically filled by the system when a Library Code is selected. These include the Housing Type, Style, Manufacturer, Make, Model, Serial Number, Finish, Year, Size, Options, and other Housing Data that may be filled in. Additionally, the Mounting information is brought over from the Library. If needed, these fields can be altered by the user after the system fills them in.
