The header field contains general information to identify, describe, and locate each sign. It appears at the top of the module window and remains visible as users navigate through the module's tabs.

Stores the system-assigned identification number for the Sign Inventory record, linking the Sign Inspection record to an existing Sign Inventory record. Click on a field name or press F9 within a field for a list of Sign Inventory records. |
Alt Sign ID |
The user-defined identification number for the selected sign. This field is automatically filled out when the Sign Rec # is selected. |
Pole Rec #. Mast Arm Rec #. |
The pole and mast arm associated with the selected sign. Data for these fields are automatically pulled from the Sign Inventory record when a Sign Rec # is selected. |
Most Recent Inspection |
Indicates whether the record documents the most recent inspection for a particular sign. The system uses the Action Date to make this determination. |
