Insurance Costs Grid

1. Right-click in the Insurance Costs grid and select Add Record.  The following window will appear:

   

2. Fill out the Start Date, End Date, and Amount. These fields are required.
3. Fill out the other fields as desired.
4. Save and Close the record.
