First Time Synchronization

Before you can start using any Field modules, an initial synchronization is required. This process copies the inventory and inspection modules onto your laptop. Synching takes place behind the scenes; therefore, no user interaction is required once you click the Synch button.

There are two ways to synch data:

1. Select Mobile Manager > Tablet/Laptop Synchronize
2. Click  on the General toolbar.
3. After the synch process is complete and the progress bar closes, exit the desktop application.
4. Reopen the software and log in using your Lucity user name and password-the one assigned to you by your system administrator.

   Note: You will use this login from now on when you log into the software.
