MACP Tab

The MACP tab has several fields to provide quick information about the most recent MACP inspection and a grid with a list of all inspections for the sewer structure. The records in this grid come from the MACP Inspection module.

MACP Date

This is populated from the Inspected Date field of the most recent inspection.

Quick Structural

Quick O&M

Quick Total

Structure Structural

Structure O&M

Structure Total

These are populated by the corresponding fields on the Conditions Ratings tab on the most recent MACP record.

Next MACP

This field is filled out by a user to indicate when the next inspection will occur.

A sample of the grid appears below. Sort records in the grid by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (highlighted in orange below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.

Double-click on an existing record to open it.
Right-click in the grid to add a record.
Right-click on an existing record to get a menu with options to View Record, Add Record, Edit Record, or Delete Record.

How To Add an MACP Inspection Record

Right-click in the MACP Inspection grid and select Add Record. The MACP Inspection module will open to a new record.
Fill out the Inspected Date. This is required. The Network Structure is required too, but when adding a record this way it is automatically filled out.
Fill out any other desired fields
Save and Close
The inspection record will appear in the MACP Inspection grid and the fields will be updated on the structure record.
