Inlet Grid

The Inlet Information grid at the bottom allows you to document the inlets associated with the structure. This grid can also be seen in the Structure Inspections module.

To add an inlet, complete the following steps:

1. Right click in the grid and select Add Record. The following window will appear:

   

2. Enter the inlet number.
3. Enter additional information in the corresponding fields.
   • The Facing field refers to the direction the inlet faces (i.e. North, South).
   • The Inlet Length refers to the opening length of the inlet.
   • The Catchment Area refers to the area upstream of the inlet.
   • The C Coefficient refers to the runoff coefficient of the area draining to the inlet.
   • The % Impervious refers to the percentage of area upstream of the structure that is impervious.
4. Click to save the record.
5. Click to exit Add Mode.
6. Click to close the window.

   You can then right click to view, edit, or delete the record.
