Create Request

The Create Request tool allows users to create a request from the map based on an asset.

How To

Create a Request

1. Highlight one asset, or Work Point, in the Data Table

   Note: Work Points are created using the Create Work Point tool.

2. Click the button.
3. The work request will automatically be created and the following message will appear:

   

4. The request still must be edited to fill out other required fields. Click Web to edit the request in Lucity Web, and Desktop to edit in Lucity Desktop.

   Note: if the close button is used instead of making a choice, it will open the request in Lucity Desktop by default. The request must be edited and saved.
