The Signal module provides you with inspection and inventory forms to track and maintain your signal heads and controllers. The Controller Inventory module stores all of the information required to reset a signal controller.

Note: Users can view any field definition by right clicking + Ctrl in that field.
To access the Controller Inventory module, select Transportation > Signal > Controllers and the following window will appear.
