At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field allows you to associate your inspection record with an existing Site Asset Inventory record. To select from the pick list, click on the field caption button or press |
Alt ID Name |
Once you have selected an Asset Record Number, the system automatically fills the corresponding data from the Site Asset Inventory record in these fields. |
Inspect Date |
These fields allows you to indicate the date and time the inspection took place. |
Inspect Crew |
This field allows you to indicate the name of the crew that performed the inspection. |
Note: The Asset Record Number and Inspection Date are required in order to save the record.
