At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field allows you to specify which room (from the Rooms module) the furniture resides in. |
Room ID |
When the Room Rec No. is chosen in the field above, this field is automatically populated by the system with the corresponding Room ID from the Rooms record. |
Status |
This code-description field allows you to indicate the status of the furnishing (i.e. in-use, broken, replaced). |
Status Date |
This field allows you to indicate the date and time of the most recent status change. |
