At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field allows you to associate your inspection record with an existing Site Inventory record. To access the pick list, click on the field caption button or press |
Site ID Site Name |
Upon selecting a Site Record Number, the system automatically fills the corresponding information in these fields. |
Inspection Date |
This field allows you to record the date the inspection took place. |
Overall Condition |
This code-description field allows you to indicate the site's overall condition. |
Inspection Crew |
This field allows you to record the name of the crew that performed the inspection. |
Next Inspection |
This field allows you to schedule a date for the next inspection. |
Note: The Site Record Number and Inspection Date fields are required in order to save the record.
