At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field allows you to choose a supply source from the pick list (the supply source must exist in the Supply Source Inventory module). To access the pick list, click on the field caption button or press |

Upon selecting a supply source above, this field will be automatically populated by the system with the number of the supply source. |

This field allows you to enter the date the inspection occurred. |
Inspected By |
This field allows you to record who performed the inspection. |
Inspection By |
This field allows you to to choose who performed the inspection from a pick list. To access the pick list, click on the field caption button or press |
Action |
This field allows you to indicate the action performed at the time of the inspection. |
Condition |
This field allows you to assess the general physical condition of the supply source. |
Next Insp Date |
This field allows you to schedule a date for the next inspection. |
Note: The Supply Rec # and Inspection Date fields are required in order to save the record.
