At the top of the module window you will see header data. This data remains at the top of your screen as you use the tabs to navigate through the record. The header fields are described in the table below:

This field allows you to specify which pump is being inspected. To access the pick list, click on the field caption button or press |

Upon selecting a pump ID in the above field, the system will automatically populate these fields with the associated information from the Pump Inventory record. Note: These fields may not be edited. |
Date Inspected |
This field allows you to document when the inspection occurred. |
Inspected By |
This field allows you to indicate who performed the inspection. |
Pump Condition |
This code-description field allows you to specify the current condition of the pump. |
Note: The Pump ID and Date Inspected fields are required in order to save the record.
