This tab allows you to record which crew performed the test, data about the stream from which the sample was taken, and the results of the sampling. The fields in this tab are described in the table below:
Note: This tab contains several fields with special functions. These are the Outfall Location Tracking Number, Reason, Regulatory Type, Outfall Type, Illicit Type, and Illicit Status fields. These fields are read-only. They'll be automatically filled in by the system with data from the corresponding Storm Structures module, Outfall Sampling tab.

Discharge Source |
Use this field to describe the location from which the sample was taken. For example, the discharge source could be a storm drain, industrial drain, etc. |
Last Rainfall Last Rainfall Date |
These fields allow you to indicate how long ago the last rainfall occurred. |
Rainfall Amount |
The amount of inches in the last rainfall. |
Max Rain Rate |
The maximum amount of rain that fell during the last rainfall in inches per hour. |
Hrs After Rain |
How many hours have passed since the last rainfall. |
Dry Weather Flow |
This checkbox allows you to indicate the presence of dry water or ground water flow. |
Bypass Status |
The status of the storm water bypass channel. |
Photos Taken Photo Numbers |
If photographs were taken during the test, mark this checkbox and indicate the roll and picture numbers in the text field. |
Sample Taken Sample Numbers |
If samples were taken during the test, mark this checkbox and indicate the sample identification numbers in the text field. |
Sample Type Samples From |
Use these code/description fields to indicate the types of samples taken and their location (i.e. stream flow, pool). |
