Creating a Subset

This option allows you to select a group of asset records and create a subset.

To create a subset, complete the following steps:

1. Highlight the records in the grid that you want included in the subset.
2. Right - click and select Subset > Create Subset.
3. Name the new subset. 

   Note: If you click the green arrow at the bottom-left of the New Subset window, you will see a list of existing subset names; duplicate names are not permitted.

   

4. Click to save the subset name.
