Adding a Pipe

To add a pipe to the grid, complete the following steps:

1. Right - click in the grid and select Add Record.  The following window will appear:

   

2. The Pipe # field is automatically entered by the system with the next sequential number.
3. Enter the pipe's record ID number in the Unique Pipe Number field.  This is a required field.  Press F9 for a list of available pipes. 

   Note: Upon selecting a pipe, the US and DS Structure fields along with the pipe data fields will be automatically populated with corresponding data from the pipe's inventory record.

4. The Leakage Rate (gpd) can be manually entered or calculated automatically by pressing F5 or F6 (Measured Flow per IDM - from Test Details * the pipe IDM).
5. Click to save the record.
6. Click to exit Add Mode.
7. Click to close the window and return to the Flow Isolation grid.
