This tab provides instant access to information about the most recent inspection. This tab contains dates for the most recent inspection and the next scheduled inspection. In addition to recording overall condition, there are specific fields to record trip hazards and their severity, and the condition of the ramps to and from the sidewalk. There is also a location to track replacement estimates for the sidewalk and driveway.
Below the fields that describe the most recent inspection there is a grid with information about all inspections associated to the sidewalk.
A sample of the inspection grid appears below. You can sort inspection records by clicking on the headings. An up or down arrow (circled in red below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.
There are three ways to access the inspection records:
Transportation > Right-of-Way > Sidewalks > Sidewalk Inspection
.Once you access the record the Sidewalk Inspection module will open. At the top of the inspection record you will see header data relating to the inventory forms. For further information on the Sidewalk Inspection module and its tabs, please reference the Sidewalk Inspection help guide.
