Additional Work Needed Grid

To identify any additional work needed resulting from the rehab recommendations, complete the following steps:

1. Right-click in the grid and select Add Record. The following dialog will appear:

   

2. Add a comment using the user-defined pick list.
3. Identify the component in need of work and the applicable diameter.
4. Indicate the details of the defect discovered.
5. Indicate to whom the work is assigned and use the user-defined pick list to identify if it has been completed.
6. Include any additional notes necessary.
7. Indicate the work priority as needed.
8. Save and Close the record.
