WO Tab

This tab contains a grid allowing you to view all work orders associated with the Illicit Discharge. Note that work orders generated from this record using the Create Work Order button are not included in this grid. Those work orders are associated with and created for the Storm Structure identified in the Structure # field. You'll be required to select a Storm Structure WO Category when you click this button to create a work order.

Instead, this grid allows you to link your Illicit Discharge with an existing work order. Follow the steps below:

1. Right - click in the grid and select Link to Existing Work Order.

   

2. Highlight a work order in the pick list and click Select. The work order will be added to the grid.
3. To view a work order record, Right - click on a listing in the grid and select Go to Linked Work Order. The Work Orders module will open to that record.
4. You can Right - click on a listing and select Remove Link to disassociate your Illicit Discharge from the highlighted work order.

   Note: You can link this record to multiple Work Orders.
