Making the Forms Accessible
After all the setup is complete and the forms have been created, it is time to make them accessible to citizens or internal users. Externally a link needs to be added to the agencies website. Internally the form is added to a menu within Lucity Web.
How To
In the Lucity Administration tool, go to System > Settings > Web Site tab. Copy down the URL in the Comma delimited list of servers running WebCitizen field. It will look something like this:http://www.example.com/lucitycitizenportal
Add the following to the end of the URL/default.aspx?fui=
It will look similar to this:http://www.example.com/lucitycitizenportal/default.aspx?fui=
This is the url that should be used to access any web citizen form. To specify which form add the Citizen ID to the end. It will look similar to this:http://www.example.com/lucitycitizenportal/default.aspx?fui=RQF124
Provide a link to that URL somewhere on the agencies website. Clicking the link will open the form.
In the Lucity Administration tool go to Navigation > Menus.
At the bottom click Start Edit . On the left choose a menu under Menus . In the middle choose Request Manager, Work Requests, Work Requests from the drop downs. On the right side choose the citizen form under Views/Forms not assigned to menus . Click the left arrow button to assign the selected form to the selected menu. 
Provide the Forms to Citizens
