Some local user settings are saved locally to the user’s profile on the workstation. These may be reset by clearing the local data storage in Silverlight (right click on the map, select "Silverlight", go to the data storage tab.) The following settings are stored locally:
It may also be necessary to "reset" the users’ local settings if they decrease their screen area (to less than 1400) and previously had opened the map grid in "expanded" format. They will not be able to get to the "collapse" button if their screen has been made smaller for some reason. Resetting the users’ Silverlight data settings for the Lucity Web site will reset their map grid width to the compact size.
