Overlap Tab

This tab records overlap information.  The Overlap Data table seen below allows you to enter as many phases as needed for your records.  You can sort the records by clicking on the headings.  An up or down arrow (circled in red below) will appear signifying ascending or descending order.

  1. You can right click to add a record.  To access existing records:
  2. Once you access the record you will see something similar to the following:

  3. The Overlap Data form includes a Phase number identifying the phase.  Additionally, there is a table showing overlaps A, B, C, and D, along with their Standard, Protected, Permissive, and Enabled Time attributes.  

    Note: When a new Overlap Data record is created, the Phase number field must be filled in.

  4. At the bottom-left of the overlap tab, there is an additional table that includes overall information for Overlaps A, B, C, and D, for Green, Yellow, and Red signals.  The data in these fields is in numerical format.  A sample of this table appears below.

  5. Finally, the bottom right corner of the Overlap tab contains an Overlap Comment field.  This is an unlimited text-field that allows you to include additional overlap data for your controllers.  While in Add or Edit mode, place your cursor in the grid and begin typing.  This field has copy/paste abilities, carriage returns <Ctrl + Enter>, and a spell checker that when turned on will underline misspelled words as you type.
